At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-6) on a business day will begin processing according to our standard processing schedule.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Processing includes order verification, packing, and preparation for shipment.

Transit Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $11.00 USD on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Shipping fees are displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Aunstuff is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
