Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Processing includes order verification, packing, and preparation for shipment.

Transit Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Aunstuff is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Aunstuff operates exclusively as an online store.

We do not offer:

  • Warehouse visits
  • Local pickup
  • Store pickup services
